Ben eigenlijk van oudsher gewend om een standaard splitschema te trainen in de sportschool.Vooral toen ik nog wat fanatieker was in het krachtsport wereldje was het zware gewichten, nooit meer dan 5 reps en alleen de zware basisoefeningen bench, squats, deads, overhead presses, voorslaan etc..Aangezien ik mijn krachtroutine in de sportschool zie als een ondersteuning voor mijn MMA trainingen ben ik opzoek naar een beter schema/routine voor in de sportschool.Graag hoor ik eigen ervaringen, meningen en trainingstips van iedereen? Leuke oefeningen, sets, reps etc zijn allemaal welkom
